I have a horrible headache today, so I'm not worrying about keeping track of my calories. But I posted this so others can. I need to realllly get on the band wagon tomorrow.

Breakfast: 1 slice of gluten free toast with natural peanut butter.

Snack: 5 baby carrots

Lunch: free range egg omelet, with spinach, salmon, coconut oil and pesto.

Snack: 2 squares of dark chocolate that hubby brought me back from France.

Supper: Not going to happen...DH has the flu and I'm not feeling well.

Exercise: I'm exhausted and have a headache, I'm not sure I'm going to get any specific exercise in today.
