I just wanted to say Congrats to everyone who has given birth, and to those in labor (and those who will soon!) because I don't think there's any way I can actually catch up, at the rate everyone's going
According to our Stalker in the July DDC, we only have 17 babies left to wait for! We're going to be a PR before we know it!
And if I can't get more time, we'll be a PR before I can actually post this... >.< so far it's taken 2 days.
Either way, Simon and I are doing pretty good. At his checkup Monday, he passed with flying colors and didn't cry at all. He's only down 4 ounces from his original birth weight and is still a very voracious eater. Despite breastfeeding being incredibly painful (especially since I got an infection... bleh) and I can see how so many women decide to go with formula, I don't think I could ever not BF unless I was completely unable to I feel so incredibly blessed that I haven't had any problems in that area.
He's started sleeping a lot more at night and what I guess is called cluster feeding during the day (usually like 3 times in 2 hours), but I still keeping waking up every 2 hours still... ^.^ oh well.

Friday at home (and yeah, that's a pacifier... he doesn't like it much, but for the first few days he had such an urge to suckle I thought I'd try it. He prefers my pinky tho. Thankfully he's not so much of a suckler now, haven't touched the paci in a couple days. Just like I did to my mom...)
