I love 30 day shred. It's kicking my *** at the moment, but i'm definitely getting results from it. I don't really go to the gym, but I do some weight training at home. It's not really a exercise dvd, but I LOVE the couch to 5k program. I did it in 2005, and by 9 months I was running five miles a day.
