6/27: 4.2 miles interval/speed work run (41 minutes)
6/28: rest day
6/29: 7 mile run (1 hour & 10 minutes)
6/30: rest day
7/1: 4 mile easy run (it was 85 and humid with heat advisories today, so I took it easy)
7/2: rest day

W 6/29: strength training - pushups, squats
Th 6/30: ran three laps around complex (approximately 1 mile) - 10 min. w/ warm-up stretching
F 7/1: played "soccer" with Roxie
