So last week I.started my ab workouts..using this app on my phone by then end of the training ill be doing about .250 sit ups a day . So.for the first week i did the app in the morning on an empty stomach. (Works best I heard ) and beginning this week I'm going to do the app in the morning and the abs section of .p 90x.. wish me luck !!! I need a sexy stomach by my birthday lol ill add.pics of progress soon !
