How much is he napping during the day? Any chance he's getting too much sleep during the day?

He might not be getting enough naps maybe? My kids started sleeping much better at night once I followed Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child and didn't let them stay awake for more than an hour or two at a time. They take at least a 30 minute nap every two hours and it keeps them much happier and sleeping better at night.

Double yes to Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child. We couldn't go through with cry it out - not yet, though we haven't entirely ruled against it - but its real insight is that your child CAN'T sleep too much. The more they sleep, the better at it they are. Get him sleeping more during the day and he'll sleep better through the night.

Do you think he may be teething? Sometimes pain can wake them up or keep them in a light sleep.

I wish I had advice, but I just wanted to say that I hope you all are sleeping peacefully tonight!
