7/3: 4.6 mile speed-work run (46 minutes)
7/4: 5 mile run (49 minutes)
7/6: 5 miles (1 mile warm-up jog, 3 miles tempo, 1 mile cool down jog) )48 minutes)
7/7: 4 miles total (1 mile warm-up, 2 miles steep hill repeats, 1 mile cool-down)
7/9: 7 mile run (1 hour, 12 minutes)

7/4: 20 minute walk pushing stroller (then I stood and held Jax for like 20 minutes while we talked to our apartment mgr, does that count? )
7/5: 40 minute walk pushing stroller
7/6: 90 minute walk pushing stroller

I feel so freaking guilty because I need to get going on the exercise. I saw the OB Tuesday and I'm officially cleared to do anything I want to without worrying about my incision. I have to figure out what I want to do!

W - couch to 5k week 1 day 1 (feels SO good to finally be able to start an actual workout program!)

Good for you on the couch to 5K. I find it really helps to have a goal.
I was actually halfway through it when I found out I was pregnant. I'm starting over from the beginning now, but I'm really pleased to discover that I haven't lost everything I built up last time. Week 1 is a LOT easier this time than it was before. But yeah, goals help a lot. I lose motivation really fast if I'm not working toward something specific.
