This is my last week off before I go back to work. It'll be harder to exercise with work thrown in there!
7/10 (Sun): 30 minute walk
7/11 (Mon): 4 miles speedwork (40 minutes)
7/12 (Tues): 30 minute walk
7/13 (Wed): 8 mile long run (1 hour & 19 minutes) longest distance since getting pg last Aug!
7/14 (Thurs): off
7/15 (Fri): 5.2 mile speedwork run (50 minutes)
7/16 (Sat): off

S- Was going to go to the gym but decided to mow the grass instead. It took 1 hour and it was 91 degrees but felt like 106 and we had a heat advisory. So I say that's burnin some calories!
M-35 min treadmill. Ran 28 1/2 min, walked to warm up and cool down, also did weight machines for arms and then crunches.
W- 35 min elliptical butt kickin. :-)
T- 45 min walk with the kids and DH. Oh and Raylea on my back for the last5-10 min lol
F-35 min elliptical.... can't wait til my feet feel better so I can run again!

M - Went to the track on base to do C25K, but my iPod was dead (grrr!), so just walked a bit instead.
T - Had IUD put in, too much cramping to do anything but sulk on the couch...
W - Thunderstorm! (yeah, now it sounds like just making excuses)
T - Finally! C25K week 1 day 1
