I go back to work next week & I can only wear black or khaki dress pants/capris/shorts. So I thought I was going to have to go and buy some new pants since I'm still pretty chubby in the waist/butt/thigh area. So, I went in my closet and tried on every pair of dress pants I have and about 1/2 of them fit!!! I'm so excited because now I don't have to go and buy new pants.
I think I'll treat myself to a nice pair of shoes that I can wear to work now
Thats awesome, I'm so happy for you! This sub-forum is a great idea, I've stuc with working out for the longest time ever (since I used to run regularly in high school & college) because this board keeps me motivated. I love feeling like I accomplished something when I post what I did to work out that day. I also love your feedback, it helps me so much!
I'm glad it has helped you. It does make you feel accountable to know there is that work-out log to fill in every day. I've kept my own training log for over 6 years now. I create my workouts & write them down about 2 months in advance. It really helps. You can do this with any calendar too. It's fun to look at all you've accomplished.
