Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, mix egg, sugar peanut butter. Measure out cookies with a teaspoon (you can roll the cookies in sugar, but I think they're sweet enough without doing that) onto a cookie sheet. Press with fork, then press the other way to make the little criss-cross pattern. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. They will be soft enough to seem raw on the top until they cool, so don't make the same mistake I did because they will break! They are so easy and yummy!
