S- off today! But I'm ready to kick some more butt this week!
M- 3 mile run on track 31:06. So much more bearable! Going to try to pick up the pace soon but not by much.
T- 3 mile run 29:48 Wooohooo!!!
F- 32 min bike ride dragging a 40lb weight (aka Raylea) lol And I am not happy the scale didn't' budge this week. That seems to be my trend. Big loss one week, no loss the next. Poop.

Tues: off (was gonna do C25K tonight but its storming, so I'll have to do it in the morning)
Wed: Week 4, Day 2 of C25K, 20 min walking pushing stroller
Fri: 45 min walking pushing stroller, C25K Week 4, Day 3
