Ok, ladies...so after getting the results that I don't have a gluten or dairy issue...I started putting them back in my diet. I also got busy and didn't exercise everyday like I was and BAM...I gained back ELEVEN pounds!!! In just two weeks. Plus, I feel AWFUL. I'm sooo sluggish. My thyroid is supposedly normal...so I'm taking a friend's advice and going to eat right for my blood type.

And I'm going to have to document it to keep on top of things. I'm trying to focus on what I AM allowed to eat...not on what I have to avoid. I'm hoping that will help me be successful. My friend said that it will take a couple of weeks to start noticing a difference.

Information I've found suggests calming and gentle exercise three times a week...so I'm going to try that along with my zumba (not so calming, but lots of fun!! lol).
