Action plan: Restrict calories back to 1300 a day, eat whole grains, less sugar, more protein, less fat. I'd like to keep proteins to 70g or more, fat to 35-40g and sugar to less than 25g per day. Will be logging food onto livestrong.com/myplate - username is shrinkinglaura

I'm in kind of the same situation. I was trying to lose 20 lb BEFORE I got pregnant, and now I'd just be happy to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. BTW, how tall are you (if you don't mind my asking)? You look better at 210 than I do in the 150s.
Laura - I was going to ask how tall you are as well then I saw someone else asked I am 6ft and currently 210 and people constantly tell me I don't need to lose weight.... my goal is also 180, I was 165 pre pregnancy but seriously underweight...
