So, yesterday I was in a Cub Scout training class all day. Hubby had the boys (8 and 5) and they spent the morning clearing out the entire garage. Our garage has almost always been a complete disaster. They worked about 3 hours to get it all done, put everything on shelves, and reorganize what's in there.
So, they did all this work, and when I finally get home after a long day, they're waiting outside hiding, all dressed up in polos and khakis, and want to take me out for hibachi - one of our favorite family fun dinners Truly a great day.
Unfortunately, we ran an errand after dinner, and on the way out of there, realized the A/C in my minivan wasn't working. NOT good. We MIGHT get down from 105+ temps this week to 102. I don't have time for this this week - I've got no time off because of things going on at work, so this should be interesting. I don't think the dealer will give me a loaner since I think the A/C was only warrantied for the first 50K miles and I'm at 80K.
OMG...can you send your guys to my house PLEASE!!???!! Lol. That sounds like the nicest surprise. One that you can really appreciate and they did it so sweet.
That does suck about your A/C...hopefully it just needs a tune-up or something simple. We went through that at the beginning of the summer and ended up putting out $500 for a stupid valve. It was like $400 for the labor to find the problem and then a lousy $20 for the actual part!! The rest was the emptying of the coolant and refilling. I hate car issues.
