1/3 cup of oat bran, you can use more if you like it thicker
3/4 cup skim milk
dash of sugar. I use splenda personally.
throw it all in a bowl and microwave for 2-3 mins.
I have heard Oat Bran is actually better than oatmeal. It is actually the jacket of the oat and apparently has more fibre, and the ablility to keep you full longer as it expands into triple its size in your tummy.
