Well, as a police officer I have to say that there is always two sides to everything. I'm not saying the cops were completely justified in not giving a ticket, but maybe there was a valid reason for not giving one? Has he talked to the cops? What did they say the reason was? I know it's hard sometimes to not let emotions take over, but just know that there are typically reasons behind why cops do something or don't. It just may not always be obvious to the general public.
With that said, I'm so sorry for the accident and glad everyone is ok
Thank you Julka for my beautifully, perfect siggy!!
I agree with Gwen. You really never know what any reason may be. I was in an awful accident back in 2007, although I was given a ticket, my ticket only stated that I didnt come to a complete stop at a stop sign. I completely stopped, I also caused the accident, but on top of all that I had to go to court and plead no contest or something like that. My 160 ticket turned into an almost 300 dollar ticket, plus I had to take a driving class again. ( I would like to say, I do not think of myself as a bad driver, It was a blind spot but I did take responsibility and payed my dews.)
