I've been so busy lately and run down and moody. My boss had her baby Friday and today we went to go visit them. He is so tiny and cute! I held him for so long. It made me so excited for my little one to get here. At one point while I was holding him my baby kicked him and he jumped, it was so cute! Since I will be his nanny my baby and him are going to be BFFS.

aww yes! He was squeaking and arching his back stretching..it was so cute! I asked SO if he wanted to hold him and he said he is saving it for ours. I don't know if he was afraid or if he really wanted to wait ha but it was cute. He has never been around a tiny baby

That is so sweet

I don't know, but both my father and FIL would NOT hold a newborn. They just won't. They just shake their heads and walk away. They hold them after like 4-5 months when their backs are slightly stronger and they have full neck/head control, but nothing to do with a newborn.

That's so funny. I guess tiny newborns are just too fragile and they feel better about holding a older baby that has more neck control. I hope SO will be ready to hold our little one!
