S- 40 min interval run/walk/jog (legs are hurting, BULLCRAP)
M- 35 min elliptical
T- off
W- off
T- off
F- off
S- 30 min run and then 20 min walk w/ kids.

Okay so... my exercise and eating well took a total hiatus these last few days. I'm going for a run tomorrow. Way too much crap going on this week. I feel like a cow!!

S- 5 mile run (48 min) think I may have overstressed my hip flexor muscle/area during my race because it still hurts after I run...going to try & take it easy
M- off
T- 4 mile run
W- off
T- 4.3 mile run
F- off
S- 6 mile run (speedwork) 54 min 30 sec feeling good after this easy week!!
