S- 5 mile run (48 min) think I may have overstressed my hip flexor muscle/area during my race because it still hurts after I run...going to try & take it easy
T- 4 mile run
T- 4.3 mile run
S- 6 mile run (speedwork) 54 min 30 sec feeling good after this easy week!!
