I am already back to my pre pregnancy weight - I lost all 23 lbs! My pre pregnancy weight was alittle high for my taste ( I did not loose it after my miscarriage before) and so I am still hoping to loose 5 or10 more lbs with breastfeeding and exercise.

I've lost 12 lbs so far...I'm 2 wks PP. I came from the hospital only -1 lbs. ***?? Must have been the fluids they gave me during my stay. Although it didn't seem like a ton maybe 2L total? Plus I didn't appear swollen anywhere, so not sure where the extra lbs came from.

I also gained 50lbs and I've lost 31lbs so far, I'm hoping to lose the rest and an additional 40lbs. I'm starting WW for breastfeeding moms once I go back to work.

I've lost 20 lbs so far (I gained 30 while pregnant). SO I have 10 more til my pre-pregnancy weight, but I'd like to lost an additional 10 after that to get to my ideal weight.

I gained 29lbs pregnant (I teased that I refused to hit that 30 mark because it held on at 29lbs for at least 5 weeks at the end!).

I have lost 25 of that 29. But I also started a little "fluffy," so I would love to lose an additional 15lbs on top of the rest of what I have left. But I am about to post a thread on why that might not be possible (cravings for BAD things! Lol).

Like bittersweet, I also did not lose much of anything in the hospital. I gave birth to an 8lb baby and only lost 9lbs? I also had polyhydro...too much amniotic fluid. I too wondered how that could possibly happen (considering the baby and all the fluid came out!). But I guess it is just fluid being retained.

I've lost at least 30lbs of the 50 I gained, but that was 2 weeks ago. I don't have a scale at home so no idea if I've lost more.

I gained 53lbs this pregnancy. I was 178 when I delivered. I have lost about 40lbs and have another 13lbs to go though I would really like to lose another 20.

I think these last 13 are going to be really hard to lose. I feel so big still. I am 138 but only 5'1". Being so short that weight really is high for me and just 13lbs is a lot!

I will be 2 weeks PP tomorrow and have lost 18 of the 54 pounds I gained. I expect more to come off as the weeks go by. I am going to try to start walking soon.

I gained 16 lbs total, and have lost 13 pounds.

three more pounds to be at pre-prego weight, and then I'm hoping to lose an extra 10 (for starters lol)

I've lost 18lbs. I only gained 11 so I'm -7 from pre-pregnancy weight. I lost the initial 11 before leaving the hospital. But I'm a bigger girl to begin with and was still carrying some from my first pregnancy. I'd like to lose 70-80lbs to be at my goal weight..quite a ways to go.
