Ok I am just throwing it out there. sometimes I feel like my head is going to spin off....between running constantly caring for baby, naps, pumping, washing bottles, laundry, running to the store...oh showering, vacuming, making dinner....UGH i sometimes forget to breathe!! i realize why mommies lose there weight fairly quickly!!! Some days I am ridiculously aweful and others I do good so lets compare....what did you eat today....be honest!!
2 bowls of cheerios
2 string cheese
a grilled cheese
a package of sandwich crackers
and I am now making a pf chang frozen dinner with brown rice!!!! UGH
I HONESTLY wouldn't even eat dinner if it wasn't for my husband.
This is disgusting when I write it down!!! that is a lot of cheese!! u can see what is easy to grab in my house!!
for breakfast I had a biscuit with egg and turkey bacon
A dark chocolate and peanut granola bar for a snack
A oven crisp Subway sandwich for lunch
Dinner was a roast, mashed potatoes and carrots and a brownie for dessert

Breakfast: a bowl of Cherrios
Lunch: Mac n' Cheese
Afternoon snack: pop tart
Dinner: Pizza...followed by a piece of chocolate cake. (In my defense - I was cooking a healthy dinner and the power went out for several hours, so I just HAD to get a pizza! lol)
Wow it sounds so much worse now that I see it written out like this...
Breakfast: Boiled egg, toast with peanut butter and a blueberry yogurt.
Lunch: Turkey, bacon BLT on white with peach juice and a fruit muffin.
Dinner: Hamburger mac and cheese, glass of milk
And then my 19 yr old son showed up and we decided we had to have a frozen pep pizza. MMMM it was so good. ~sigh~ I was just bragging that Ive lost 35 lbs in 5 weeks.

I find that my eating goes to heck at first but once baby is eating real solids I go back to more veggies and balanced meals because I'm preparing it for baby.

This was yesterday's thread so I'll go with what I had yesterday....
Breakfast: 90 calorie Fiber One bar (these things are SOOOO good!)
Lunch: KFC 2-piece dark meal with potatoes and mac-n-cheese w/Sierra Mist (terrible, I know)
Dinner: Old fashioned oatmeal with brown sugar and milk and a glass of orange juice
