This is by far one of my FAVORITE meals!!

Beef stroganoff

Crock pot *Low 8 hours

1.5lbs beef roast
1 packet of dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups of chicken broth
1 cup chopped onion (I prefer yellow, but any will do)
1 cup sour cream

About 20 minutes before you eat, boil a pot of egg noodles. Drain. Add to the meat mix. *BAM!* You're done

I would say 4-6 depending on how hungry you are. Today I made it with 1.75lb meat and there is a ton left over. I had 2 bowls, my hubs had 2 bowls, & my son had 1. & there's totally enough left over for us all to eat it for lunch tomorrow.

It is sooooo yummy!!
