S- 4 mile run in the cold rain! 39:50 Not as fast as I would've like but it was still good!
M- off Although I did trick or treat for 3 hours and carry Raylea for like 30 minutes lol
T- 4.5 mile run 44:20
W-4.5 mile run 44:45
T- 3.5 mile run 34:18
F- off - a well deserved day off :-)
S- off

S- off (should've ran, but I slacked off...the cold rain made me want to stay inside by the fireplace!)
M- 4 mile run (interval) 38 minutes
T- 5.2 mile run outside (48 minutes)
W- off
T- 4 mile run (long speedwork) 38 minutes
F- off
S- 6 mile run on trail (54 minutes) felt great!

S - mile walk around the neighborhood
M - ran 1-minute intervals for 20 minutes (trying to slowly get back to running again)
T - 2-3 mile walk around park

Good job on getting back to the running. Even walk/run intervals are a great workout!!

Thanks, you will very soon I bet. You are doing great on your running. Most of my runs are some sort of speedwork. If I'm just out doing an easy run my minute per mile pace is around 9:20. Right now I'm trying to focus on shorter distances & working on my speed. I want to be faster come spring time when all the 5K's start. After winter then I'll start increasing my distance (with less focus on speed) as I begin my 1/2 marathon training again all summer.

It seems like our paces are pretty similar for easy runs. 9:20 is pretty comfortable for me also!
