Ugh - Julie - that sucks. Not fair when you spend that much time someplace - and you don't enjoy it like you should!

I hate it when people talk about the past like the way things used to be done is sooooo much better than today. This woman just said something like... people didn't used to drink water all day - they used to just get breaks, and that is when they had their beverages, they didn't bring it back to their desks and we all did just fine..

Of course that goes for babies too... "I don't know how any of our babies survived with all the things we did 'wrong' back then"

Obviously research has been done since then - its better to drink water throughout the day. Its better to have your baby in a carseat!!

Come on people!

Sorry. Long random rant thought... lol.

SERIOUSLY this rain is so nasty outside today. It is so cold, it might as well be snowing. At least it would look pretty outside :-)

did you know you don't have to put a double space after a period in order to be gramatically correct anymore? I still do though. Old habits die hard.

I never double spaced after a period. Have I been doing it wrong all these years? Or do you mean like this?Like this?

I hate when people take something so happy for someone else and make it about them. Example: we have friends who are FINALLY getting amrried, they just got engaged, and another friend is only thinking date night for her.

lol - I learned in Highschool, when typing, to double space after a period. Like that. Not like this. I learned in college - just recently - that you can only use one space. Like this. Maybe you learned differently Kendra - we do have a few years between us!

Seriously. Why can't I get on with my work today? I'm so distracted!!

the double space v. single space is a green thing. It is to use less paper. I too learned the double space and have a hard time converting to single space after a period.

I wish I could stay awake for more than 15 minutes when I finally get to sit on the couch at night. I have watched the first 15 minutes of so many shows that I'm losing count. I saw Amy's post about mothers that work outside the home getting 3 hours less sleep than mothers who stay at home and I feel every one of those missing 3 hours.

I saw her post too...I'm def missing those 3 hours of sleep. I actually slept all night last night without waking up yet I feel like I pulled an all nighter....

I'm supposed to go to the gym tonight to run 4-5 miles since I haven't been in over a week and my race is in less than a month but I feel exhausted And I'm supposed to run 8 on Fri morning so I really need to go tonight, but the living room floor playing with Taylor is sounding more and more appealing as the day goes on

Parker is shaking his head "no" now, and it is hilarious! It is funny now, but I am sure it will quit being funny one of these days!!!

I think those Mother's frosted animal crackers are one of the most perfect foods ever invented. I've eaten almost an entire bag since last night.
