Ok girls, here I am, ready to get serious about losing this weight.
Pre-pregnancy: 137 lbs Last weigh in before having the baby: 185 lbs Current weight: 157 lbs, size 10 pants
Goal: 130 lbs, size 5 pants (which is what I wore pre-pregnancy)
Update #1 11/21: 152 lbs, -5 lbs since last Monday. 22 lbs to go to goal weight, 15 lbs to go to pre-preggo weight!
Plan: This is so hard for me because it's cold here in Indiana and I wish I could get out and walk. I belong to a gym and plan to go 3-4 times per week when DH gets home from work. I am going to start by walking on the treadmill and hopefully work my way up to running. I may also take a few classes, which my gym offers for free.
I will check in every Monday.
