S- Ran 1 mile, 20 min weights & crunches, ran .5 mile, 10 min weights, ran a couple more laps. (trying to change it up a bit.
T- 4.25 mile run, weights for arms/shoulders, crunches
F- off FAIL! Madie's party is tonight and there's no way I have time.
S- 3 mile run, arm/shoulder weights
