11/20 - My first goal was 155 by NYE. Since I got through that, I'm feeling pretty good. I'm not too bummed about my first week. I weighed myself yesterday and I was 152.5. I'm trying to be more mindful about my eating and I've started walking and running. I ran my first mile and a half today. Yay!
11/27- I ran 5.5 miles this week. I'm doing about 10-12 minute miles.

12/4 I ran 6 miles this week. It's been unseasonably warm but it's still not the best time of year to get back into running. I'm very happy I bought the winter version of my usual shoe. It keeps the tootsies nice and dry.
I'm hoping to be at 145 by New Years. I'm still pudgy but as the weight comes off, I'm sure I'll tone up.
12/11 - I didn't have time to update my running, etc last week so I'll do it now. I ran about 5.5 miles last week. We went out for dinner on Sat night and I was trying to run on the treadmill at my ILs. DH came down when I was 1.5 miles in and asked if Elsa could be hungry. So I was interrupted. Dinner was amazing, though! We went out to a southern comfort food joint. Lots of fried yumminess. I also indulged in a fair bit of birthday cake last week. Oh well... you only turn 32 once, right?
