sun: 4 mile run (hill repeats!)
tues: 5 mile run (44:49) I did 3 miles of tempo hard with a mile each warm-up & cool down. I ran outside, it was cold & windy, but sunny. I felt amazing & am really glad to be out of the funk I was in a couple weeks ago.
thurs: 4.4 miles outside...& it was snowing!
sat: 6 mile run outside on trail, light rain (55 minutes)

yeah, it sucked! I just shortened my runs (some were only 10-15 minutes long!), took an extra day off here & there. It worked because all of a sudden one day I felt like a rockstar! It will come back for you too, just keep at it.
