I want to start off by saying I am a small person-5'1" to be exact. My pregnancy weight was 105-not healthy BTW- I had just gotten over a nasty flu, before that I was about 110-112. I have struggled a good portion of my life with an eating "issue" and have not always taken the proper route to lose weight.
I have been pg and/or nursing since February of 06 and while I am fortunate enough to gain only about 25 lbs during pg and lose a lot of it pretty quick I am by no means in shape. I have not done real exercises in over 4 years. So my goal is to get in actual shape and be able to run and Dance with DH again. I used to be able to kinda keep up with him and now I get winded after 30 seconds!
So, goals for first stage-take time to do crunches, stretches and modified pushups every other day. On the off days Still stretch and TRY to at least go for a 20 minute walk somewhere...
My end goal is not really about how much a weigh-I just want to be healthy and in good enough shape to play with my kids (which translates into running after them when they are headed too close to a street or are about to jump off of something too high...my kids are daredevils)
Pre Pg weight: 111 (before flu)
PP weight: 120 (once I got home after 1week hospital stay)
Goal: 112 and able to dance with DH for an entire swing song without feeling like I am going to die
