Do you use an app or website to track your intake? How many calories are you trying to stick to? Breast or bottle feeding?

In the past I used a food tracker by Prevention on the web. I loved it! At the time I started tracking, I was still bf'ing my second daughter (she was about 9 months old). I kept my calories around the 1800/day range. I am going to look at some other food trackers that maybe I can use with my iPad. Would love to know if anyone else has found one.

I just write it down on a piece of paper!! I figured out my food and pretty much just eat the same stuff everyday so I don't have to write it all down everyday if I stick to that plan. I am breastfeeding and consuming about 1700 calories a day.

Do you use an app or website to track your intake? I will be starting weight watchers and they have an app for that, lol!!!

How many calories are you trying to stick to? I am going to do the point system so not sure. I like that fruits and veggies are "free" and you can use them on top of other points. Also with nursing your point value goes up so you can have some extra and still lose! I'll let you know how it goes.

Breast or bottle feeding? Breast and its how I lost all the weight with my 2nd. Hoping it works again!!

I am trying to stick to 1700 calories but it is tough...I'm not hungry and I often feel like I am forcing myself to eat. When I first started i was barely getting in 1200 :O

I hear ya. 1700 calories of the RIGHT foods is tough. I literally have to get up early and at the same time each day to get in all my food!!! At first you do have to make yourself eat.
