OK ladies...what do you plan to do today for exercise???? How many calories do you think you burned?

REMEMBER IT TAKES 3500 CALORIES BURNED TO BURN OFF ONE POUND OF FAT!!!!!

I'm planning on running (doing a half-marathon training plan) and doing my usual cycling classes in addition to some strength training.

I went on a walk/run with my 4 y/o. He got out of the stroller for some of the time and wanted to run with me, lol. I may do some strength training and ab work later in the day. As for calories burned, no idea!

I did housework oh and walking around walmart. I haven't been given "the green light" to exercise yet, though i'm prob fine

Gather dirty clothes, throw them into the washer, turn on, switch, empty lint tray, turn on, wait, take out, fold, put away. That's my workout for the day!

Great job ladies!!! Keep up the good work.

As for me, I did an upper body workout with cardio mixed in. Right now my cardio is on a bike as I somehow tweaked my knee just a bit and I'm letting it rest for a few days so I can really start training for my half marathon! I burned 572 calories in 1 hour 11 mins though! Pretty happy with that!!

I don't know how I'm not losing a TON of weight since, I'm still nursing and feel like I never stop moving!!!

Today was 3 reps of 30 sit-ups with a 25lbs weight.
