I went on a walk/run with my 4 y/o. He got out of the stroller for some of the time and wanted to run with me, lol. I may do some strength training and ab work later in the day. As for calories burned, no idea!
As for me, I did an upper body workout with cardio mixed in. Right now my cardio is on a bike as I somehow tweaked my knee just a bit and I'm letting it rest for a few days so I can really start training for my half marathon! I burned 572 calories in 1 hour 11 mins though! Pretty happy with that!!
I don't know how I'm not losing a TON of weight since, I'm still nursing and feel like I never stop moving!!!
