Well, I darkened the door of the gym last night for the first time since last Spring!

I have to say I felt awesome after I left! I only did about 30 minutes on the treadmill but I worked up a sweat and it just felt really good to be back in the saddle...or should I say sneakers!!!

It is hard trying to find time to actually go to the gym, but I find I get so distracted at home that my good intentions are just that...they don't get DONE!

My baby step this week is just to go the gym 2 times. So I'm already halfway there. It's motivating. Thank you KC Momma for getting us started on this!

So what's your baby step this week?

Good for you!!!! Just try to bottle up that feeling after you were there for next time! I completely understand it's so hard, but worth it in the long run!

Hmmm, I guess I accomplished my baby step yesterday when I was able to actually run for 3 miles!!! Slowly, but still i did it!

Way to go to the both of you!!!

My baby step is to complete my training plan runs AND do cycling at least twice this week.

I've got a bike ride & a beach run in the plans for this week. ..& finding a good video to workout to at home. Any recommendations?
