were you sore a week afterwards? I don't remember being this sore with my other kids. It's not engorgement (actually I am in my old bras already) they are just really sensitive when the baby bumps against them when I pick her up. Not sure if my cycle is coming or what. Just weird.

I'm not much help because we are still going, but I don't remember hurting when my first son weaned. I hope it goes away for you though.

I've stopped pumping but Natalie still nurses a couple times a day. The first couple weeks I was a little sore when I was engorged but that has settled now.

I remember when I stopped it took about a week for the soreness to go away. I would take some Ibuprofen to help with some of the pain. Hope it stops soon! I would say that if it lasts too long you may want to call your dr. just to check!

I haven't stopped nursing, but DD is sleeping almost through the night for the past few weeks. I haven't been engorged, but my breasts have been sore all day.
