I started weight watchers this week and am amazed how much I can eat and still lose weight. I am breastfeeding and they give you so many extra points for it. I am actually having to force myself to eat the number daily. I am also finding that with making a few more preparations and choosing smarter I can have pretty much anything i want. I have already lost a couple more lbs without trying so we'll see where this leaves me.
Before PG I was 163, Went up to 178 by end and now down to 150 which amazes me that i lost all plus much more without even trying so I'm hoping that with trying it will be more. I need to get to 125-135 for my age and height. I'm only 5 2.
Congrats on your success!! I'm not doing it this time, but I did after DS1 almost 8 years ago. I lost a ton that time and I started at 160, then in about 7 months, I got down to 119...all while breastfeeding.
Now I'm following what I did then, with a little more leeway since now they give you more points to begin with. Let's see what happens... I should probably weigh myself, right? I'm 5' 2" also.
