I started weight watchers this week and am amazed how much I can eat and still lose weight. I am breastfeeding and they give you so many extra points for it. I am actually having to force myself to eat the number daily. I am also finding that with making a few more preparations and choosing smarter I can have pretty much anything i want. I have already lost a couple more lbs without trying so we'll see where this leaves me.

Before PG I was 163, Went up to 178 by end and now down to 150 which amazes me that i lost all plus much more without even trying so I'm hoping that with trying it will be more. I need to get to 125-135 for my age and height. I'm only 5 2.

Congrats on your success!! I'm not doing it this time, but I did after DS1 almost 8 years ago. I lost a ton that time and I started at 160, then in about 7 months, I got down to 119...all while breastfeeding.

Now I'm following what I did then, with a little more leeway since now they give you more points to begin with. Let's see what happens... I should probably weigh myself, right? I'm 5' 2" also.

I have done WW in the past, but not doing it this time.

Just wanted to say congrats on your success! And you sound pretty excited so keep up the good work. It's a good motivating factor to keep up with breastfeeding huh??? It is for me, at least!!

And I, too, am 5'2" and my goal is 115lbs. As of last Friday I was 139lbs so i still got a little bit to go!!
