Anyone's baby drop down on the growth curve after starting solids? Natalie has only been on them for a couple weeks and I only give her baby food a couple times a day. She seems to be nursing the same, but who knows. I can never tell.

Today, at her 6mth appt, she was 13lb 3oz and 25 inches. She's grown in 2 months but she went from 9% to 4% for height and 1% to 0% for weight. Doctor says she's healthy and isn't worried. I've just never had any of my other kids do this.

I think they are starting to get to the age where the are moving around more and therefore burning more calories and most likely may thin out a little.

We just started solids so I have no experience. I wouldn't worry too much if the doctor is not worried, though.

My sisters daughter went down in both head size and weight after starting solids. The pedi said it was normal for babies to fluctuate after starting something new and being more mobile. Her next appt she went up in both.
