i decided to make his cake for his birthday and order a cake for easter weekend birthday celebration.
i really want to try to make some cake pops too, but i need to figure out how to ice them. i dont just want to dip them in melted chocolate.
thanks for the tip. i'm going to look into the pourable fondant. i live at high altitude, so i need to make sure i get it right.
i was looking at a royal icing recipe and since it has meringue i'll have to do a practice run because i have found conflicting information about how far to take the peaks before adding the sugar at high altitude.
