I haven't been on JM in forever! I'm really going to try and be active here again and jump on this weight loss bandwagon!
Currently, I weigh in at 197. I had dropped to 190, but I don't know what's happened! I always feel hungry, and now that I'm back at work I end up snacking a lot. And since I'm pumping during my lunch break, I'm always running out for fast food.
I just bought the 30 day shred off amazon, should be delivered on Friday. So starting next monday, I'm really going to crack down on my snacking and start exercising. Hopefully I can stick with the 30 day shred, and I'm hoping to lose at least 10 pounds on it, and then restart-keep going until I hit my goal
