I am down 11 pounds and 2inches since Jan. I really would like to lose another 10 in the next month. The first 11 came off with little to no working out so I am hopeing regular workouts will drop the next 10 twice as fast
Last weight before delivery was 178
Started Weight watchers on 1/22 at 153
As of Sunday was at 146 (5 weeks in)
So total of 32 lbs and I have at least 16 lbs to lose to be 130 goal which is small for me! I've been taking it really slow this time using all my points and having a cheat day a week but its still coming off. I am hoping to ramp it up when the weather is nicer and i can walk! Im hoping to reach my goal by May which is reasonable.
