Ahhh I hate this. I really do dislike working out. Even though I am in the army I've ALWAYS struggled with running. I think the fastest I've ever run 2 miles is like 17:00 minutes.
I need to train to that standard and to be able to do at least 60 sit ups in 2 minutes and at least 25 push ups in 2 minutes. Seems easy. But I don't have Unit Physical training like every other normal base so I have no one over my shoulder yelling at me to do this stuff. I have 4 more months to pass the test. And everyone knows what happens if you don't pass. Need some support.
When is the best time to check your weight on the scale? I weigh 145. And need to drop 20 pounds to get to pre preggo weight. I also need to get rid of all this extra skin and stretch marks.
