make anything good recently?

anyone have any good recipes they'd like to share? i'm looking for crockpot recipes...with soccer starting, dinner is going to be difficult, and I don't like eating out too much.

I'm making a stuffed pepper recipe tonight...It's not really a crockpot recipe, but I'm doing it in the crock pot...if it's good i'll post it! i also made apple crisp for desert

I bought a groupon for a recipe/meal planning website and this is one we got from them. Super easy and Jim and his best friend totally loved it!

Meatball Sliders

1 package pre-cooked meatballs (I got turkey ones so they were a wee bit healthier)
1 jar marinara sauce
A package of dinner rolls from the bakery at the grocery store
Sliced provolone cheese

Warm the meatballs in the marinara sauce in a pot on your stove. Slice the dinner rolls in half. Load meatballs and some sauce onto dinner rolls. Top with cheese. Voila!

For a weekend meal that reheats great, I am completely obsessed with Alton Brown's shepherd's pie. Again, I use ground turkey to be a bit healthier and it's still ridiculously good.
