I have a second interview for that team leader job tomorrow--sounds like they're doing a second interview of everyone who applied, or at least, my other friends who applied are also getting second interviews. I am still kind of hoping I don't get the job, so I am planning to be pleasant and polite but honest during the interview about my vision for the office and the job, and if they don't like it and don't hire me because of it, that's OK by me. But I still don't want to embarrass myself by saying something stupid, so, keep your fingers crossed that it goes well!

Thanks! It went fine--the regional director seemed interested in what I had to say, the chief attorney looked frightened like she always does (think Piglet times a million, that's her) and the deputy regional director looked like he didn't want to be there AT ALL. Arms crossed, no eye contact, totally hostile body language. Guy has zero people skills so it could just be how he is in all these things, but I am kind of thinking he doesn't want me to get the job. Which is fine, I'm kind of hoping one of my friends gets it instead!

Wow...sounds like a dream interview (sarcasm implied!)

Watch you get it after you went in and were all honest about things and was trying not to get it. Things seem to work that way!
