Suddenly today, a milk blister.
HURTS SOOOOO BAD.
What do I do? Any advice?

Pop it, I had one months ago and I know it hurts so bad. You take the chance of getting an infection if you dont let the milk out behind it. It didnt hurt at all to pop it, I promise! It sounds way worse!

Yes I heard they need to be popped too. Perhaps you can use a pin or something and squeeze it out? I heard they can be mistaken sometimes for Blebs too, which have to be removed by a dr. Not sure how to tell the difference though.

Sorry you are having to deal with that!

I nursed, pumped, applied heat and picked at it. It only partially popped, but does feel better.
