I made a sippy and toy leash for Alexis. She doesn't use her sippy much yet but it works well for toys! If you have basic sewing skills, it's easy to make but otherwise I would save yourself the hassle and just buy one.

Can you use a sewing machine at all? A simple way to make something similar (no buckles, or adjustments) is to sew a tube and then put a pair of snaps on each end. One end needs to have the loop made by the snaps big enough to go around your stroller's bar, the other end needs to have it's loop big enough for the sippy cut or toy.
Snaps are really cheap to buy and easy to put on and a fabric tube is just a long skinny scrap of fabric sewn down one end and down the long side, flip it right way too and sew across the other end. That's how I made my toy teathers and they work really well.
Nope, I don't know how to sew and I don't have a sewing machine. I asked a Mom from daycare to make me one and I'd buy the fabric and I guess she forgot. She makes all of her wipes, diapers, etc and works full time so I don't want to ask her again.
A teacher from school said they have them at Wal-Mart, but I haven't seen them. I am going to check the one she said she bought her's at and see!
