Lily doesn't have eczema, but she does have some mild contact allergies to certain laundry detergents and baby body washes and baby lotions. I use All Free n Clear, Johnson n Johnson natural foaming body wash (it's in the green label here), and so far haven't used lotion on her in a while. Her skin is rarely dry. It was bad when she was brand new, but now her skin is nearly always soft.

Tristan has baby eczema. He has a hydrocortisone cream, as well as a steroid cream for the really bad areas. Now that it's getting better, we just use CJs BUTTer on it, as well as some amazing cream from a good friend {Leffew on JM}. The dr said he'll most likely outgrow it before he's a year old, though!

Olivia had a touch of it on her elbows for awhile, but I was using some cream on it and it went away.
