What do you keep your thermostat on during the day?

What do you keep it on at night?

We don't have central air. Our house is usually in the mid 60's. We keep it cold.

We have central heating, but not central air. The window cooler can keep the front part of the house at 70, but the bedrooms tend to hover in the 75-80 range during the day in the summer. At night, we don't run anything but a floor fan. That works for us, seeing as how our house cools off nicely at night, since nights here can get a bit chilly.

depends on how hot the day is..if it's really hot like 90's or above we keep it at 76-78 so it doesn't kill our AC but on cooler days we keep it at 74-75..night and day

During the day I have it on 74-75, at night I turn it down to 70-71.

I can't sleep unless it's cold. Olivia wears winter pjs to bed every night and her vent is halfway closed as her room gets pretty cold.

80 during the day and 78 at night. But we have a newer house with awesome insulation so 80 degrees in our house feels like 70 degrees in older houses.
