I am having deli polish kielbasa on rye bread with bread & butter pickles on top. Sebastian had sweet potatoes and a bit of fruit. There are only 2 hours between his morning and afternoon nap, so he also ate cereal right when he woke up.
We've had a chaotic & stressful day today so I wanted something that I didn't have to cook and would give me some quick energy. So, I mixed some chunky peanut butter with raw honey and shredded coconut. I spread it on some wax paper and threw it in the freezer until it firmed up and cut it into little squares. It was so good!!
