yes everything everything everything..whatever she finds she picks up and sticks it in her mouth!! it's soo frustrating, especially when Aidan leaves everything all over the floor, crayons, markers, paper, etc.
Yeah I never had to deal with it with Delilah either, she's always into something.
Yesterday she had a hair clip in her mouth, another point during the day a half of a straw wrapper from a Capri Sun, and on top of that she chews on all of Delilah's toys. It drives Delilah nuts too.
Yup, doesn't surprise me though. I'm surprised there are babies that don't do it. All the ones I'd ever been around did and I sure as heck did. I was constantly sick. I still chew on things.
Doesn't bug me, though. He's exploring textures with his lips and tongue. I've read that babies have more touch receptors in their lips and tongue at this age and they're more developed than the ones on their fingers.
I let him chew on near about anything. I draw the line at small objects, paper, and plastic to name a few. Though the small objects vary. Like I don't mind him nomming on my hair clips but I won't let him do it for too long and I watch him like a hawk while he does it.
