What is your favorite meal to eat that takes almost zero effort to make?

Mine doesn't sound all that good but I freaking love it. Its just Penne pasta, tossed in some garlic butter then topped with spaghetti sauce and a little cheese.

When I make a bigger meal I do the same thing but cook some of those frozen italian meat balls, cut them 4 ways (they are pretty big) toss it all together with spaghetti sauce and put in a casserole dish, top with cheese, bake until melted. Serve with cheesy garlic bread and im in food heaven lol.

I would LOVE to go to Italy just to try all the food, I love anything with pasta and I think I could live of that, too bad that is Hubby's LEAST favorite foods, he likes goulash and pizza casserole but thats about it.

My favourite easy meal, pasta drizzled with olive oil, a clove of garlic crushed, a few cherry tomatoes halved, and a bit of green onion. It's good hot or cold.

I also love pasta, I can eat a lot of it many different ways before I get sick of it.

Ditto on the pasta. With butter and parm I wonder if I could chew noodles.....

Otherwise shredded cheese on a tortilla popped into the microwave, some salsa, and a piece of fruit, viola, youve got a light meal.

Pasta, ground beef and velveeta cheese. It's sort of hamburger helper, but not powdered cheese.

Pasta, just boil some noodles and throw some sauce and cheese on it. So good and super easy.

Hmmm, I love a good stir fry, I think that is super easy.

Or pasta with tuna and veggies, perhaps some jarred penne sauce.

I do that too only I use a box of mac and cheese and I add a can of cream of mushroom soup and green beans.

That's DD2's favourite way to eat pasta. She refuses to eat any sort of sauce so I have to save her some everytime and just add butter and parm to her's. I used to eat it that way as a child too, still like it like that once in a while.

For the kids, spaghettios & green beans.
For us, sandwiches. I try to keep deli meats & cheese & an Italian loaf on hand.

Yep, easiest, pasta. Plain or with cheese for the kids, with a quick fry meat like ground beef or sausage for us.

tuna melts. make it like a grilled cheese but put tuna in the middle too - make the tuna like you normally would with miracle whip (me), mayo (dh-lol) or whatev. Can of some veg for a side and good to go.

East Meets West chicken. Combine boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I usually do 6 for my family), 1 cup of ranch dressing and 1/2 cup of teriyaki marinade into a crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Sounds gross but the two sauces combine to make a delicious gravy that is to die for over potatoes or rice. The chicken is also tender, moist and yummy. I'm making this tomorrow, actually .

I also love Honey Mustard Ham Steak - mix 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1 tsp of honey and 1/4 cup of yellow mustard together and then spread on top of one of those pre-packaged bone-in ham steaks. Bake & serve. Sooooo yummy!

I'm the queen of easy cooking. I can cook fancy meals but rarely have the time or ambition, LOL.
