well last night made pico and chopped up some green onions on the side ... cooked ground beef mixed it with chili ................ yeah the pico turned out super great!! took forever to make it sheesh lotta tears in the kitchen lolol... i need one of those choppers !! the ones you bang on the top

anyways i made nachos the first night then did i burritos that i pan seared guess they call it ... browned um on the stove ........

but yeah our friends said the pico was fricking great and made the dinner !!

yay!! was my first time making it

yeah i know its super easy but im cooking challenged LOL so this is like huge fer me

I'm not a fan of pico but glad it turned out well!

umm i totally want one of those!! saw one at walmart once guess i shoulda got .. duno if it was same brand er not though .. would that matter with this kinda product?

OMG . that chef ramsay .. he just super schooled me on my onion chopping

BUT i had a dull knife to work with so it was kinda hard

it was so bad i ended up using a like dinner meat cutting knife you eat pork steak with ! but i didnt smash the tomatoes or onions i was careful and made the sizes pretty uniformed so turned out well
