I still have Olivia in the Graco Snugride 35 infant carrier because she still meets the height and weight requirements. I don't carry her around in it though unless she falls asleep.
We will be switching to the Evenflo Triumph Advanced in my car and a cheap Cosco Scenera in my husbands truck. She's not in my husbands truck enough, so we didn't feel the need to spend the money on a more comfortable seat.

Of course we will be doing extended rear facing!!

Lily is really tiny so she is still in her infant seat. She will stay in that as long as she fits and will stay rear-facing until she is 2.

My Lily is still in her car seat she came home from the hospital in. It's rated to 35 pounds, even though it only says 0-6 months. She still fits in it quite securely and we will use it until either she is too long or too heavy for it. Then we will get her a bigger rear facing seat.

It's this one:

With my first, the recommendation was rear facing til he was 1. So, then I switched him to forward facing. Now I know it's recommended to do it for much longer. So my question is, should I keep him in the infant seat as long as possible before switching him to a convertible or should I switch him to the larger rear facing convertible when he's 1?

Owen is still in his infant seat, the Chicco Keyfit 30. I will keep him in it for awhile longer and then I will switch him to a rear facing convertible seat. He still has a long way to go before outgrowing it. I haven't decided for sure which one yet. I don't carry him in the seat anymore though, unless he is asleep.

We switched Bella to a convertible car seat as soon as she was able to sit in high chairs and shopping carts etc. Her carseat used to be my son's so we bought him a convertible booster seat when we switched it all out.

Still in infant carrier but planning to switch him soon. He is so big I can not carry the seat with him in it.
