Hunter is finally getting better from being sick fir the past 2 1/2 - 3 weeks!! He is back at mother's day out today, which is the daycare type thing I send him to on Fridays. Even though he was sick, he was still a pretty happy baby, which I'm so thankful for! He is trying soooo hard to crawl and I expect that he will in the next couple weeks, which I'm not sure I'm ready for, lol.
And my news... I applied for a new position at work, which I did not get, but got another instead!! I am now accounts payable!! It is going to be a huge adjustment and I'm really nervous about it. Another lady in my dept got mad that I got it instead of her and she put in her 2 weeks notice, so that leaves me as seniority with 4 yrs here... So that puts even more stress on me. I'm trying to just take things one day at a time and just do the best I can. The lady that is supposed to be training me is also training for a new position so I'm not getting much traing and trying to wing it the best I can.
I will try to be on here as much as possible but not sure how much it will be! Hope all is well with everyone else.
I keep hearing about sick babies (IRL) and mine was too last week. Fever, cold, ear infection. The babies seem to get over everything just fine though and I'm so glad yours I is a happy baby when sick. Congrats on the new position and hang tough!
glad to hear lil man is feeling better and congrats on the new postion
More fundamental than religion is our basic human spirituality. We have a basic human disposition towards love, kindness and affection, irrespective of whether we have a religious framework or not. When we nurture this most basic human resource – when we set about cultivating those basic inner values which we all appreciate in others, then we start to live spiritually. - Dalai Lama
